  SCAFFOLDING FOR ACCESS SUPPORTS
  Unit Scaffolding : For Support To High Slab And Access To Heights
   
  Horizontal cross bar with built in 3 way clamps ('C 'clips) at both ends rest on lugs welded at 500 mm c/c on two verticals to form units which are placed at desired spacings of upto 2.5 Mtr. and connected by 48.3 mm O.D. Tubes passing through 'C ' clips. Main advantages are no loose clamps, easy handling and storage and choice of changing spacing of units.
   
  Rigid welded frames connected by cross bracings.Excellent for tall heigths and Hoist Tower,Easy and fast erection. No tools for erection and no loose fittings.Supplied with 48.3 O.D.tubes for normal use and 60.3 O.D. for heavy loads.Heights:2,1.5 1.0M Widths:1.8,1.25,900 M clear inside cross Braces in sizes to suit frame< spacing of 2.5,1.5, & 1 M

All scaffold fittings conform to IS : 2750 : 1968 Commercial Quality also available. Steel Scaffold tubes are 40 mm N.B. Mild Steel continuous weld conforming to IS : 1239 or 1161, grade YST 210. Supplied in random lengths of 4.5 to 6 M. or required cut lengths
 
Swivel Couplers

FORM WORK & STAGING FOR SLAB  
Adjustable Props /Scaffolding /Frames, support Beam formwork held rigidly by Beam clamps. Adjustable Spans rest on beam side form work supporting Slab form. Props are braced in both direction by tubes and clamps beyond 3.6 M extended height of Prop. Prop over Prop bolted together and braced at 2/3 levels are used as double staging upto maximum 7 Mtr. Slabs Forms manufactured out of 2mm sheets with 38mm deep pressed flanges and hat section stiffner; which maintain edges even after considerable number of uses .Standard slab form Sizes; 1150 X 600mm 900 X 600mm Maximum thickness of slab 300mm for 115cm span and 400mm for 90cm span of slab forms 40cm wide Adjuster slab forms fill up odd shapes of slabs thus eliminating cutting and wastage of timber altogether.
